However, we also recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Hence, we have devised a refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness wherever possible.
Registration fee:
The Registration Fee is non-refundable (irrespective of the mode of payment). It goes into the creation of the learner’s LMS and dashboard.
Admission Fee:
The Admission Fee is the complete payment made for the programme (excluding the registration amount), after which the classes will be scheduled and the learner can use the LMS freely. The admission fee is refundable (which excludes the Registraion fee) if and only if a request is placed within 7 days of making the complete payment for the program.
However, in the following criteria, there shall be no refund:
If a case is eligible for refund, then Meritshot will return the admission fee after deducting the taxes and LMS Cost.
Meritshot reserves the right to reschedule/postpone classes in any unavoidable circumstances. In an event where Meritshot itself cancels a learners admission, then his/her admission fee will be refunded (after deduction of taxes and LMS Cost).
